Different track options available make configuring the machine to your terrain needs easy and affordable. Built from the strongest materials, and welded with superior welding skills the HOUSE-KAT will provide years, and years of service and dependability.
  The standard configured machine weighs in at an impressive 8,600 lbs. The lift mast will lower all the way to ground level, and lift a massive 26,000 lbs. to over 36 inches in height.  There are (2) hitch heights along with (2) different length hitch tongues making for a vast variety of pushing or pulling options. This machine can maneuver anywhere others are limited or restricted.

  Assembled with the optional rear (4) way dozer blade you the contractor can prepare a home site for what ever it takes to safely and professionally move the home structures to their foundations.  Nothing stands in its road to minimize installing any size trailer in length or weight.  The standard equipped 12,000 lb. hydraulic warn winch ensures you stability in the most dangerous positions, allowing for a fast and safe install.
